What video format and quality should I upload?

MP4 or MOV in 720p or 1080p works best. 30 fps or 60 fps. Anything your phone records (including iPhone .MOV files) is fine.

Where should I put the camera?

Tripod behind the court at glass-level, centered. Both players should be visible at all times. If your club has a balcony, that's ideal.

How long does processing take?

Roughly 1.5× match length on first run. An 8-minute clip processes in about 12 minutes. You'll get an email when it's ready.

How accurate is the tracking?

Player tracking is >98% accurate across rallies. Ball tracking is >90% on well-lit courts; harder conditions are still improving. We're transparent about confidence on every clip.

Is my footage private?

Yes. Your uploads are private to your account. Nothing is shared publicly without your explicit click-through.

Do I need to download an app?
